Sylvia A. (Nunes) Correia, age 82 of Taunton, passed away on January 22, 2022 at Marian Manor.
Sylvia was born in Taunton, the beloved daughter of the late Dr. Joseph E. and Mary (Viera) Nunes.
Before retiring, Sylvia was employed with Morton Hospital as a Phlebotomist for many years.
She enjoyed her meetings with Morton Hospital Woman’s Auxiliary and her close friends. She’ll be remembered for her quick wit and one liners.
Syliva is survived by her loving children; Robert A. Correia of Taunton and his wife Lisa and Susan E. Correia of FL. She was also the sister of Joseph E. Nunes,III of Vero Beach FL and Joanne N. (Nunes) Lunt of Lee, MA. She is also survived by a number of grandchildren, nephews and one niece.
Private arrangements are with the Silva Funeral Home of Taunton.
