Allan Jil, age 72 of Norton, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at his home.
He was the beloved husband of Joanne (Nitz) Jil.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late Daniel and Deolinda (Santos) Jil.
Al was passionate about his family, friends, the outdoors, technology, tv and music. His rebellious spirit guided him throughout life and instilled a sense of adventure and curiosity in those around him. He led a life of continual self-improvement and inspired others to do the same. These gifts enriched the lives of many, and he left this mortal coil better than he found it.
Besides his loving wife of 51 years, he is survived by his sons; Jay Jil and wife Myra, Christopher Jil and wife Emily, sisters; Donna Castle and husband Tom, Patricia Lema and brother; Brian Jil and wife Karen. He also leaves three grandchildren; Victoria Jil, Aaron Jil and Colten Jil.
Funeral services will be held privately.
