Allen Cruz, 68, of Taunton, passed away on April 29, 2025.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late Francis and Patricia (Stanek) Cruz.
Allen was a Taunton High School graduate and worked as a Class A Tool & Die Maker for 24 years.
Allen was a true friend to all he met and the rock and strength for his family. He was a devoted, kind, and loving man who will be greatly missed by all, especially by his dogs, Luna and Dougie, whom he loved so much. Allen was also an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan.
Whenever the opportunity presented itself, he greatly enjoyed traveling the world and was able to venture to Rome, Greece, France, Gibraltar, Spain, Portugal, Alaska, the Panama Canal, and many other locations throughout both Europe and the Caribbean.
In addition to his beloved wife of 47 years, Karen, he is survived by his brother, Paul Cruz, and wife, Keri, of South Dartmouth, as well as nieces Ashley Williams of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana, Jillian Cruz of Houston, Texas, Kerry Rogers of Taunton, and Marianne Rogers Moore of Taunton.
Services and burial will be held privately.
