Retired Hingham police officer Arnold C Lee Sr. 86, of Taunton Passed away on April 25, 2021 at the Brockton Signature Health Care Center. Arnold was born and raised in Randolph, the youngest of 10 children born to LeRoy and Bertha (Reynolds) Lee. As a young man Arnold worked at Randy's shoe factory in Randolph as a line supervisor, until he was drafted in the US Army during the Korean conflict. After his 6 years of service Arnold went on to become a Hingham police officer, where he served the community with respect. Always quick with a joke and a smile, he will be missed by all. He is survived by his daughter Diane (Willie) Stanley of Georgia, and his daughter Nancy (Mark) Hankel of Taunton, 13 grandchildren, 25 great- grandchildren, and 3 great-great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife Lucy (Daly) Lee. By all his siblings, Robert, Frannie, Dotty, Edna, Ruth, Lila, Phyllis, Howard, and Gordon. He was also predeceased by his children Janice Lee, and Arnold Lee Jr., and his grandson Leland Schelde. Private services were held in Bourne at the National cemetery.
