Ashley M. Whittemore

Ashley M. Whittemore, age 39, passed away on July 17, 2026.

Born in Stoughton, Ashley is the daughter of William “Bill” and Lisa (Barrett) Whittemore of Taunton.

Ashley found joy in cheerleading, singing, and above all spending time with her son, Cameron. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and those who knew her.

In addition to her loving parents, Bill and Lisa, Ashley is survived by her precious son Cameron Whittemore, her brother Tom Whittemore both of Taunton, her beloved Nana Mary Whittemore of Wareham, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members who will forever cherish her memory. She was also the mother of the late, David Cyr, and sister of the late James “Jimbo” Whittemore.

Ashley’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 9am with a funeral service to begin at 10 am in the chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.

Interment will follow in Saint Francis Cemetery North Walker Street, Taunton.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, from 4 to 7pm in the Silva Funeral Home. Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
