Audrey Louise (LeFaivre) Motta, 95, of Taunton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was the widow of the late Anthony V. Motta. Born in Dighton, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Helen (Laserda) LeFaivre.
Over the years, she worked at both the Rennie Curtain Factory and Rosemar Silver Company. Audrey was one of those people that truly found comfort and joy in cleaning her house. She was also known for getting her hair done weekly like clockwork. Audrey absolutely loved celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas, taking pride in decorating her Christmas tree to the hilt. She will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Audrey was the beloved mother of Robert Motta of North Carolina, Paul A. Motta of Taunton, Linda Figueiredo of Taunton, and the late Diane Pina, cherished grandmother of Anthony Motta of North Carolina, Stephen Pina of Washington, Derreck Pina of Florida, and Ryan Figueiredo and his Fiancée, Jesyka, of North Dighton; great grandmother of Austin Figueiredo and Waylon Figueiredo; sister of Janet Whitmore of North Dighton. She was also sister of the late Elizabeth Medeiros, Janice Terry and Arthur LeFaivre.
According to Audrey's wishes, arrangements with Silva Funeral Home were privately held.
