Beverly (Bernardino) Blevins, age 82 of Taunton, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2018 in her home with her family by her side.
She was the beloved wife of the late Gordon “Joe” Blevins.
Beverly was born in Taunton, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Souza) Bernardino.
Before retirement, Mrs. Blevins was employed as the founding office manager of Metro Foods LTD, for over 30 years and prior employed at the Taunton District Court . She enjoyed traveling with her family, enjoyed daily breakfast with family and friends at her favorite local diners. Beverly loved to shop , most of all she cherished her faith, family and friends. Beverly was the loving mother of Robin Blevins of Taunton and Scott W. Blevins and wife Kara of Easton, grandmother of Tyler and Cameron Blevins. She was also the sister of the late Jack Bernardino.
Mrs. Blevins funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 8 am from The Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, with a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Mary’s Church Power Street in Norton at 10 am. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
