Brigida (Braga) Festa, age 57 of Taunton, passed away on June 8, 2020 at Brigham & Woman’s Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of Antonio Festa.
Brigida was born in Faial Da Terra, Sao Miguel the daughter of Georgina (Melo) Braga and the late Norberto Braga.
Mrs. Festa was employed with Morton Hospital. She was a loving and caring person who was devoted to her friends. Brigida could make friends with anyone, her kind smile and caring way will never be forgotten.
Besides her beloved husband Tony of over 37 years, and her mother Georgina, she is survived by her loving son Anthony Festa of Taunton. She was the sister of Ana Braga of Taunton, Angie Rocha of Somerset and Laura Braga of East Taunton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 9am in Saint Anthony Church School St, Taunton. (Relatives and friends may meet directly at church and park in the back parking lot.)
Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
