Carol Ann (Silveira) Cabral

Carol A. Cabral (Silveira) 77, of Taunton, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Morton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard A. “Tank” Cabral.

Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Madeline (Hudson) Silveira.

She worked at LeachGarner in Attleboro for many years.

Carol leaves her children, Gilbert Cabral, and his wife, Laurie, of Taunton, Brian Cabral, of Somerset, and Mark Cabral, of Portsmouth, RI; a brother Gilbert Silveira; a sister, Edith Machado; and her six grandchildren, Brian Cabral, Jr, Brandy Cabral, Nicholas Cabral, Zachary Cabral, Richard Cabral, III, and Christine Cabral. She was the mother of the late Richard Cabral, Jr.

Her funeral with visitation will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 12:30 pm, in the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton (at Saint Mary’s Square)

Interment will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Taunton.

Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be required during all services.
