Cynthia (Reed) Davy, age 79 of North Dighton, formerly of Brockton, passed away on February 16, 2024 at the Carvalho Nursing Home in Fall River with her loving daughter Lisa and her husband Herb by her side.
She was the beloved wife of the late Clyde Davy.
Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Louise (Porter) Reed.
Before retiring, Mrs. Davy was employed with Pharmerica as a Pharmaceutical Tech.
She enjoyed music and dancing.
Cynthia was the loving mother of Lisa Morais and her husband Herb of North Dighton, sister of Virginia Morgan, and grandmother of Michael and Matthew Morais. She was also the mother of the late Brian Davy who passed in 1969 and sister of the late Clifton Reed and the late Miriam Sylvia.
Cynthia’s funeral will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 9am with a funeral service to begin at 10am in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.
Interment will follow in Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 21st from 4 to 7pm in the Silva Funeral Home. Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
