Daniel W. Backstrom

Daniel W. Backstrom, age 77, of Rehoboth, passed away Tuesday January 10, 2023, at Madonna Manor Nursing Home.

Born in Milaca, Minnesota he was the son of the late Philip and Esther (Mack) Backstrom.

Mr. Backstrom worked as a Machinist for New England Packaging for fifteen years also had worked for the Massachusetts State Hospital System for many years. He was an Avid Hunter and had worked as a Groundskeeper on an Estate. He earned an Associate Degree in Arboriculture.

He leaves two daughters, Kristen Cornwall of Stoughton, Tracey Foley of Rehoboth, three brothers, Philip, Johnathan, Stephen Backstrom. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral Services and Burial will be private.

Arrangements have been Entrusted with the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton.
