David Peter Petrusewicz, Sr.

David Peter Petrusewicz, Sr, age 58 of Taunton, passed away on December 30, 2019 at Morton Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Denise (McMahon) Petrusewicz.

David was born in Boston, a son of the late Watson and Madeline (Ceurvels) Petrusewicz, Sr. Beloved son in law of Dorothy McMahon of Dedham and Francis and Judi McMahon of Walpole. David was employed with Canton Masonry for over 41 years. In David’s spare time you could usually find him in someones garage or driveway under a hood of a car.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Besides his beloved wife Denise of over 34 years, he is survived by his loving sons; David P. Petrusewicz, Jr and Eric Petrusewicz both of Taunton, brother of Watson Petrusewicz Jr. of Medway, Anne and Edward Palladino of NH, Lucia Allen, Jeanne Keaney, Madeline and James Carr and Judy Legendre all of Dedham. Brother in law to Francis and Judi McMahon of Norwood, George and Lori McMahon of Walpole and Jennifer and Andy Rodgers of West Newton. As well as Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 2 to 5 pm in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, with a service to begin at 5pm. (Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the Funeral Home.)

His burial will be privately held.
