Donna J Farias

d. October 28, 2024

Donna J. Farias, age 57 of Raynham, passed away on Monday, October 28th, 2024, peacefully at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Donna was a strong and protective supporter of those she loved and cared for. Her willingness to fight will not be forgotten. Her presence will be remembered in those who met Donna even if it was for a brief moment in time. Her kindness and generosity were always there even up those final moments of her life. She was thankful for everything and expressed that throughout her life and worked hard for everything she had.

She is survived by her loving and supportive husband John Farias of 40 years of marriage of Raynham, MA. She leaves behind two children, her daughter whom she was so proud of Bethany Farias of Rockland MA, with her husband Jacob Knowles and their daughter and only granddaughter "Sweet Pea" Evelyn Knowles. Also, her baby boy Jared A. Farias of Raynham, MA. Her beloved older brother Paul Bumila Jr. of Raynham and two nephews Justin and Treavor. We cannot forget her soul sister, Debbie Glennon and her husband Timothy of Bridgewater, MA along with her two beautiful nieces Ashlee and Kristine Glennon and also her nephew Robert. She is also leaving behind many of her in-laws and nieces and nephews out in Tucson, AZ. She also has many cousins also on the Bumila side of the family.

She was a graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High school class of 85’ and also attended the Hogan School of Real Estate in Tucson, AZ.

Donna started out a such a young age and learned the value of money and hard work growing up on a pig farm. She was always working and saving money with such jobs as her paper route through the trailer park in Raynham, to scooping up ice-cream at the Dairy Maid. It was through hard work and determination that she set goals and standard to help create the life she had, not only for herself and her family. She was determined to make a career through real estate to help support her family better. She had over 30 years of experience in real estate with her last job at Realty World.

Donna was always up for an adventure as she called it. Many meaningful memories of camping in Maine, going to Old Orchard Beach and many trips to New Hampshire with all the kids. She would love to travel down to Foxwoods for her many trips especially if the rooms were free. As she called it, "the Disney Land of the East!" She traveled to Bermuda and also her girl's trip to Vegas.
