Eduardo Pinheiro

Eduardo R. Pinheiro, 94, of East Taunton, passed away peacefully at the Golden Living Center-Wedgemere, Taunton. He was the husband of the late Aurora Gloria (Silveira) Pinheiro. Born in Faial, Azores, son of the late Joao F. and Emilia (Duarte) Pinheiro. An East Taunton resident since 1969, Eduardo worked as a paint filler with Nu-Brite Chemical and Paint Co. for many years. He was known for being a very charismatic prankster who simply loved life. His survivors include his son, Edward M. Pinheiro and his fiancee, Dottie Almeida of Taunton; a sister, Maria Cunha of Herald, California; his grandson, Thom Pinheiro of Hartford, Connecticut; step-brother, Frank Pine of Tennessee and several nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late John Pinheiro and Jose Pinheiro. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, October 20th, from 9:00am to 10:00am at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton; where his life will be celebrated with a prayer service at 10:00am. Interment to follow in Cedar Knoll Cemetery, East Taunton.
