TAUNTON - Edward S. Foster, husband of the late Laura F. (Blye) Foster, died at Morton Hospital & Medical Center on Oct. 21, 2011.
He was 77.
A retired machinist and toolmaker, he was employed by the Timex Watch Co. for many years.
A longtime pilot at Taunton Municipal Airport, Mr. Foster was president of the Experimental Aircraft Association, Chapter 51.
He enjoyed building and rebuilding aircraft, and loved to fish.
He leaves a son, Edward P. Foster and his wife Cathy of Taunton; a daughter, Sue Remy and her husband Steve of Assonet; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at Mayflower Hill Cemetery, Taunton on Thursday, Oct. 27th at 11:30 a.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
