Elaine (Zani) Kuttner

Elaine (Zani) Kuttner, age 79 of Taunton, passed away at her residence on April 28, 2018 with her loving family and friends by her side.

She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel P. Kuttner Sr.

Elaine was born in Wellesley, MA, the daughter of the late Louis and Elena (Balboni) Zani.

For many years she worked as a Registered Nurse. After retirement she rescued and fostered many kittens.

Mrs. Kuttner enjoyed reading and was always in the middle of a good book. She also enjoyed her wine nights with friends, her flower garden, and travelling the world with her family.

She was the loving mother of Beth A. Kuttner of Taunton and Daniel P. Kuttner, Jr. of N.H.  and his former wife Diane, sister of David Zani and wife Cecile of Hopkinton, Thomas Zani and wife Andrea of Virginia, Joyce Hillaird and husband Joseph of Holliston, Susan Dore and husband Maurice of Martha’s Vineyard and Eileen Cummings and husband Scott of Hopkinton. Elaine also leaves her cherished grandchildren, Nicholas and Rebecca Kuttner. Mrs. Kuttner was also the mother of the late Shaun Kuttner and  sister of the late Lewis Zani.

Mrs. Kuttner’s funeral  will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 10am with a funeral home services at 11am in The Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton. Interment will follow in Mayflower Hill Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be held in the Silva Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 1st from 4 to 7pm.

(Additional parking with handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home.)
