TAUNTON - Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Woods, 72, died at Life Care Center of Raynham on Nov. 17, 2011.
Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Loretta (Parker) Rose.
Raised and educated in Taunton, Mrs. Woods was a 1957 graduate of Taunton High School.
She lived in Raynham for the past few years.
Employed by the former Colpitts Travel Agency of Brockton for many years, she retired several years ago.
Mrs. Woods was a communicant of Annunciation of the Lord Church, and member of the Oakland Seniors.
Survivors include three godchildren, Patricia L. Demers and her husband Robert J. of Taunton, Robert A. Demers, and Katelynn, and children Travis and Brenden of Taunton, and Christopher P. Demers, his wife Anna, and daughter Taryn of Taunton; and multiple cousins.
Her funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Monday, Nov. 21st at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at Annunciation of the Lord Church at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at Mayflower Hill Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, Nov. 20th from 6 to 8 p.m.
