TAUNTON - Emma (Morris) Lopes, wife of the late Caesar "Sassy" Lopes, died at Longmeadow of Taunton on Feb. 8, 2013.
She was 103 years old.
Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late John and Maria (Vieira Marques) Morris.
A lifelong Taunton resident, Mrs. Lopes worked as a shipper for the former Taunton Dress Co. many years ago.
Survivors include many niece and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Joseph, Edward, Casey, John and Frank Morris, Virginia Oliveira, Helen Aflague, Lillian Santos and Theresa Trahan.
Private graveside services will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery.
