Emmeline S. Loubeau, age 88, of Taunton, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Morton Hospital in Taunton. She was the devoted wife to the late Jean A. Loubeau.
Born and raised in Camp Perrin, Haiti, Emmeline was a daughter of the late Sylvio Staco and Pauline Guillaume.
A kind and compassionate woman, Emmeline had the ever important job of being a homemaker to her dedicated family. She took great pride in raising her children and always having a safe and comforting home.
In her spare time Emmeline liked to sew, listen to music, and write poetry in the late years of her life.
She is survived by her cherished children: Marc Hancy Loubeau and his wife Marie Alide DOUYON; Pierre Kesny Loubeau and his wife Georgia Taverne LOUBEAU; Pierre Hérault Loubeau and his wife Bettie MOISE LOUBEAU; and Kerline Loubeau Jocelyn and her husband Yves Hervé JOCELYN; her doting grandchildren: Rose Stéphanie Loubeau Simas, Brandon K Loubeau, Marlon K Loubeau, Christian Loubeau, Anne Christelle Jocelyn, Jonathan Kervey Jocelyn, and Ashley Jocelyn; her great-grandchildren: Berlourdes Christ-Anne Desruisseaux and Diana Simas; her siblings: Jean Ferdinand Hitler Staco and Laura Renette Staco Pharel. Her step-children: Jean D. Loubeau and spouse; Jocelyn Loubeau and spouse; Joubert Jeune and spouse; Dr. Hancy Loubeau and spouse.

Emmeline’s funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 9:00am with a Funeral Service to begin at 10:00am in Christ Community Church, 41 Stevens St., East Taunton.
Interment will be in Mayflower Hill Cemetery, Taunton.
