Eric Mello, 61, of Fall River, passed away on Friday, January 12th, 2024.
He was the beloved husband of Cynthia (Mendonca) Mello, with whom he shared almost 27 years together, 5 of them were spent as husband and wife.
Born in Fall River, Eric was a son of the late Louis and Edith (Priest) Mello. Eric worked as a real estate broker and also spent many years working in construction.
He was a guitar player and also wrote his own songs. Eric will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.
Besides his wife, Eric is survived by his son, Timothy Mello of Fall River, and step-daughters, Katie Raymond and her fiancé Al Rivera of Fall River, and Kerri Raymond and her fiancé Robert Whipp of Swansea; grandchildren, Brianna Roy and Jeremy Whipp; 8 siblings, and several brothers-in-law, sisters -in-law, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements with Silva Funeral Home were privately held and donations in his memory made to MusiCares Foundation , 3030 Olympic Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90404, would be greatly appreciated.
