Gary John Andrade

Gary J. Andrade, 62, of Taunton, passed away on July 2, 2020 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital, in Attleboro. He was the loving husband of Linda (Osborne) Andrade for the past forty two years.

Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late John and Esther (Netto) Andrade.

He worked as the director of technology for Thomson Reuters in Quincy for twenty years and prior to that he worked for Motorola.

Gary enjoyed golf, traveling, cooking, and loved his dogs dearly.

Besides his wife Linda, he leaves his two sons, Philip Andrade, and his wife, Nikki and Jonathan Andrade, and his wife, Gabrielle Sceviour, both of Taunton; a sister Cheryl Hamm, and her husband, Dennis, of Raynham; seven grandchildren, Gage, Skylar, Jayce and Reya Andrade, Dorryen, Brianna and Aaron Sceviour; a great granddaughter, Paige Sceviour-Leal; two nephews, Derek Hamm and Christopher Harwood; as well as many extended family members and friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 5:45 pm, in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton. Interment will be privately held.

Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
