Hazel (Orfao) Abreau, age 90 of Taunton, passed away on March 28, 2018.
She was the beloved wife of the late John Abreau, Sr.
Hazel was born in Lowell, MA, a daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Teixeira) Orfao.
Hazel was the loving mother of Cheryl Haskins and husband Richard of Raynham and Claudia Lamb and husband Peter of Taunton, grandmother of 7, great-grandmother of 8. Mrs. Abreau was the loving mother of the late John Abreau, Jr and sister of the late Manuel Orfao, Herman Gomes and the late Alice Silvia.
Mrs. Abreau’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 8:30 am From the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Saint Anthony Church School St., Taunton. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 2nd from 4 to 7pm in the Silva Funeral Home.
