Helen Parma

Helen R. Parma, 73, of Taunton, formerly of Brockton, passed away on Friday June 1st, 2018.

Born in Cambridge, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah (Tortorella) Sarcia. Helen was a devout catholic who enjoyed gardening, attending book club, working out at Curves and always had a strong connection to the ocean.

Survivors include her children, Christina Parma of Taunton, and John Joseph Parma and his wife, Megan of Coronado, CA; brothers, Dominic Sarcia of Windham, NH, Frank Sarcia of York Beach, ME, Joseph Sarcia of North Andover and William Sarcia of Kennebunkport, ME; grandchildren, Alexander Charleson, Madison Parma, Brooklyn Parma, Dominic Parma and Kennedy Parma; several nieces and nephews along with many friends, especially her close friend and caregiver, Adele "Del" Bratt of Bridgewater.

Following a private cremation, relatives and friends are invited to attend Helen's Memorial Mass on Friday, June 8th at 10:00am in St. Mary’s Church, 14 St. Mary’s Square, Taunton.
