James Allen Harding

James A. Harding "Jimmy" 53, of East Taunton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 1, 2018. He was the husband of Jennifer L. (Favreau) Harding for 23 years.

Born in Quincy, he was the son of Madeline T. (Steele) Harding and the late Stanley L. Harding, Jr.

He worked in sales at W.H. Reilly & Company in Taunton.

Jimmy enjoyed golfing, playing sports with his kids, and was an avid fan of all the New England Sports teams. Most of all he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.

Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his three sons, James R. Harding, Travis J. Harding, and Michael J. Harding; five siblings, Stanley, Russell, Cheryl, Glenn, and Michael; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Jimmy was the son in law of Bob and Denise Favreau, of Estero, FL. He was the brother of the late John and Richard Harding and Michelle Loonie.

James’ visiting hours will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 7:00 pm, in the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton ( at Saint Mary’s Square) Interment will be private.

Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
