Jane (Parker) Henault

Jane H. (Parker) Henault, age 92 of Taunton, passed away on October 31, 2018 at Marian Manor with her loving family by her side.

She was the wife of the late Louis R. Henault.

Jane was born in Taunton, a daughter of the late Milton and Louise (Morin) Parker.

Mrs. Henault loved caring for children. She was a foster parent to over 26 children along with raising 7 of her own children. She taught preschool children at the Taunton Boy's Club Daycare Program.

She enjoyed Gardening, children, creative projects, music and reading.

Jane is survived by her devoted children, Mitchell Henault of East Taunton, Sgt. William Henault (TPD) of Taunton, Paul Henault of Assonet, Sharon DeMello of Virginia, Judy Pierce of New Hampshire, Donna Saben of Taunton and the late Louis A. Henault .   She was the grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 12. Jane was also the sister of Richard Parker of Taunton and  sister of the late Marion Harwood , Madeline Ritchie  and late Leon Parker.

Jane’s funeral will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 8:30am from the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Holy Family Church, Middleboro Ave in East Taunton. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, East Taunton.

Visiting hours will be held in The Silva Funeral Home on Sunday, November 4th from 4 to 7pm.

(Additional parking with handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home.)
