Jean Silvia, age 71 of Plymouth and formerly of Taunton, passed away on January 2, 2023 at Sachem Nursing Home in Bridgewater.
Jean was born in Taunton, the beloved daughter of the late George and Bertha (Silvia) Silvia, Sr.
Before retiring, Miss Silvia was employed with Texas Instruments. She loved playing bingo and going to the casino.
Jean is survived by her sister Nadine Rand and her brothers; George Silvia, Jr, Ronald Silvia, Gus Silvia and Kevin Silvia. She was the aunt of the late Ryan Silvia.
Jean’s funeral with visitation will be held on Monday , January 9, 2023 at 9am with a service to begin at 10am in the chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
