Jeffery D. Ferrie

DIGHTON - Jeffery D. Ferrie, 59, died at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River on April 2, 2011.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of Florence L. (Rose) Ferrie and the late Daniel Ferrie.
A longtime Dighton resident, he was a graduate of Dighton-Rehoboth High School, and furthered his education with an associate's degree in electrical engineering.
A department manager with Home Depot in Somerset for several years, Mr. Ferrie enjoyed fishing with his sons, and was an avid Patriots fan.
He was loving Pipa to his grandchildren, and was a kind and generous man.
Besides his mother of Dighton, he leaves two sons, Jacob S. Ferrie of Dighton and Joshua P. Ferrie of Fall River; a daughter, Jennifer L. Murray of Norwood; his longtime fiancée, Terry Juskewicz of Dighton; two brothers, Daniel A. Ferrie of Dighton, and Scott F. Ferrie of Fayetteville, NC; a sister, Bonnie Root of Somerset; two grandchildren, Kiley L. and Ryan P. Murray, both of Norwood; and several nieces, nephews and love ones.
His funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Wednesday, April 6th at 9 a.m. followed by funeral mass at St. Mary's Church in Taunton at 10.a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 5th from 5 to 8 p.m.
