TAUNTON - Jennifer (Swass) Soares died at Windsor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in S. Yarmouth on Feb. 8, 2011.
She was 48.
Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Helen (Manchester) Tarter of S. Dennis and the late Ronald Swass.
Besides her mother, she leaves two sons, Shaun M. Swass and Brandon Swass-Borges both of Taunton; a brother, Christopher Swass of Dennis; two sisters, Monica Taylor of Dennis, and Lisa Barrett of Middleboro; two grandsons, Shaun Swass, Jr. and Isaiah Swass, both of Taunton; several nieces and nephews; and many aunts and uncles.
Memorial services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Wednesday, Feb. 16th at 7 p.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. prior to the Services.
