TAUNTON - John T. Ferreira, Jr., husband of Marie (Laudati) Ferreira for 24 years, died at Morton Hospital surrounded by his family on June 4, 2016. He was 65.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of Evelyn (Rounds) Ferreira and the late John T. Ferreira, Sr.
John was educated in Taunton and worked as a CNA for Life Care Center in Raynham for three years and was previously employed at Reed & Barton Silversmiths as a machinist. He retired in 1997. He enjoyed racing at Seekonk Speedway, loved sports and fishing.
Besides his wife and mother, he leaves a son, Brett T. Ferreira of Foxboro; a daughter, Kelly Laudati of Fall River; and two grandchildren, Sara and Kamerin Laudati.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
