John M. Fraser

John M. Fraser, age 76 of East Taunton, passed away on May 4, 2026 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

John was the beloved husband of Nancy (Adams) Fraser.

Born in Quincy, a son of the late Robert and Gladys (Yates) Fraser.

Before retiring, Mr. Fraser owned a landscaping company and was known as “Johnny Bobcat” he also was a Union laborer serving with Local 22.

John enjoyed spending time on his property and gardening, especially tomatoes. He was an avid reader. Up until recently he cut and split many cords of wood by hand each year to heat their home.

Besides his beloved wife Nancy of over 56 years, John is survived by his loving son Timothy Fraser and his wife Jocelyn Fraser of NH. He was the proud grandfather of his precious Fiona Rose Fraser, he was also the brother of Robert Fraser of CO, Susan Fraser of MA, James Fraser of FL and Ellen Young of RI.

John’s funeral services were privately held.

Arrangements were with the Silva Funeral Home of Taunton.
