John (Jack) M. Halloran, age 67 of Taunton, passed away on December 15, 2024, at his residence.
Born in Fall River, Jack was the son of the late Thomas and Joan (Kenworthy) Halloran.
Before retiring, Mr. Halloran was employed with the former Rand McNally and Pandick press Inc. in Boston.
Jack enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was also an avid New England sports enthusiast, participating in and coaching many softball teams.
He was a simple person to please with a great sense of humor. He loved his extensive family, countless friends, and acquaintances. All of whom he blessed with individual memories and experiences, that will never be forgotten. He was spiritual and loved sports, food, music, socializing, camping, and gambling. He will be missed by many.
John is survived by his loving children, Kendra and Matthew Halloran, grandfather of Alexsa Halloran. He was also the brother of Joanne (Doug)McCarter of Louisiana, Nancy (Matt) Martin of RI, Susan (Michael) Tracy of MA, Carol Medeiros of MA and Gail (Lewis) Gothard of MA. He was the step-father of Rhianne McLaughlin, along with numerous aunts, uncle nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11 am in Annunciation of the Lord Church 31 First Street, Taunton.
His burial will be held privately.
