John J. Polak, Sr., age 90 of Fall River and South Dennis, MA, passed away on Tuesday evening, August 6, 2019 at his residence in Fall River with the comfort of his loving family by his side.
He was the beloved husband of Vivian (Hetu) Polak, they had celebrated their 64th anniversary on the day of John's passing.
John was born in Fall River, a son of the late Joseph K. and Sophie Polak.
Before retiring, Mr. and Mrs. Polak owned and operated the former Pilgrim Casket Co. in Fall River for many years.
