Joyce F (Petrin) Caron

Joyce F. (Petrin) Caron, age 74 of Taunton, MA, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2017 at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Joyce was born in Fall River, MA, on April 25, 1943 to the late Leo and Ahaphia (Szeliga) Petrin. She was baptized, confirmed and educated in Fall River, MA. Joyce married the late Aime R. Caron on May 30, 1964. Joyce co-owned the former Aime’s Custom Ceramics, 141 Washington St. Taunton, MA, with her late husband Aime R. Caron. Aime’s Custom Ceramics had previously been in business for 42 years prior to her retirement and the closing of the family-run home decorating business in 2002.

Joyce is survived by her children and spouse, Cheryl A. Caron of Randolph, MA, Anne Marie Caron of Taunton, MA, and Aime A. Caron and wife Alla Vozdvizhenskaya of Burbank, CA. She was the loving grandmother of Brandon Berube and Brianna Caron of Taunton, MA and Leonid Caron of Burbank, CA. Joyce is also survived by her brother Leo Petrin and wife Nobuko Petrin of Shalimar, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Ahaphia (Jennie) Petrin of Fall River, MA, her beloved husband Aime R. Caron of Taunton, MA, and brother Steven Petrin of Clearwater, FL.

Mrs. Caron’s funeral with visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11am with a funeral service to begin at 12 Noon in The Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) in Taunton.
