Judith (Beal) Bell, age 80 of Taunton, passed away on March 21, 2025 at Regal Care at Taunton.
She was the beloved wife of the late James Bell.
Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Frank Beal.
Before her retirement Judy worked for 30 years at Bradless, Caldors and OSCO Drugs in Customer Service. It was never a job for her, she loved the public, and getting to talk to everyone. Her gift was, she could make you smile. St. Patrick's Day was her favorite time of year and loved to dress head to toe in green. She was also a member of Faith Fellowship United Methodist Church in Mansfield, where she became head of Clothes to Go. Judy volunteered many hours during the week folding clothes and helping people who came in looking to see what they needed with kindness and love. She also loved watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and Criminal Minds..
Judith is survived by her loving sons; Eric Bell, Timothy Bell and his wife Casey, brother; Michael Beal, sister; Rosebud Beal grandson; David Buchanan and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ronald Beal, Beverly Boyce, and the sister-in- law of the late Josephine Beal.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, APRIL 5, 2025 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm with a service to begin at 4:00pm from the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.
Burial will be held privately.
