Karl D. Rague

TAUNTON - Karl D. Rague, husband of Claire F. (Morey) Rague of Taunton, died at Massachusetts General Hospital on Nov. 5, 2013.
He was 59.
Born in Boston, he was the son of Louise (Bruno) Rague of Raynham and the late Dominic V. Rague.
Raised in Raynham, Karl was a 1972 graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School.
He later attended Bristol Community College and ITT Technical Institute.
Karl was currently employed by 1-800 We Answer in Raynham.
He was previously employed by Lank's Liquor Store in Hyde Park, where he worked as an assistant manager for many years.
An avid fisherman, Karl especially enjoyed fly-fishing, and was a lifetime member of Crystal Waters.
A former member of Trout Unlimited, he also enjoyed cooking and gardening.
In addition to his wife and mother, Karl leaves a son, Michael T. Rague and his fiancé Tori Picariello of Norton; two daughters, Karla E. Rague and her fiancé Eric S. Michael of North Dighton, and Alyssa C. Heyns and her husband Terry of South Africa; a brother, Kurt P. Rague of Gilmanton, NH; two sisters, Lynne R. Morey and Michelle Stephenson, both of Taunton; a granddaughter, Kali L. Rague of Norton; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Ann Church, 660 North Main St. Raynham on Tuesday, Nov. 12th at 10 a.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Karl's family will be receiving visitors at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Monday, Nov. 11th from 5 to 8 p.m.
