TAUNTON - Kevin Costa, a former Raynham and Taunton resident, died at his Attleboro home unexpectedly on Oct. 14, 2011.
He was 53.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of Marion (Collins) Costa of Dunedin, FL and the late Edward Costa.
A graduate of Bridgewater - Raynham Regional High School, Kevin worked with his family's business, the former Costa Carpet Company, Inc., many years ago.
An Attleboro resident for the past several years, he had also resided for some time on Nantucket Island.
Kevin enjoyed playing poker and cooking.
Besides his mother, he leaves a son, Steven Costa of Taunton; two brothers, Edward Costa of Lunenburg, MA; Barry Costa and his wife Carol of Kingman, AZ and; a sister, Shirley Costa of Dunedin, FL.
Kevin leaves a grandson, Jacob Matthew Costa O'Connor of Taunton; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Funeral Services and Calling Hours are respectfully omitted.
Cremation will take place at Woodlawn - North Purchase Crematory.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
