It is with great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Lauriana “Lori” Timinck of Raynham, on March 25, 2021. She was 69 years old. She was the beloved daughter of the (late) Jamie D. Nascimento and (late) Ernestina Santos Nascimento. Mrs. Timinck is survived by her loving husband of over 43 years, Algird Timinck Jr., of Raynham; devoted mother to her sons, James Timinck of Bridgewater and John Timinck of Raynham. She was the sister of the (late) Jamie "James" Nascimento. Lori also leaves behind her loving sister, Ana Maria Martins and brother, Aurindo Nascimento, both of Pawtucket, RI; nephews, Jeremy Nascimento, Eric Nascimento and niece, Melissa Nascimento. Lauriana emigrated from Portugal as a young girl and worked hard her entire life. At the time of her passing she was working for General Dynamics in Taunton, MA for over 20 years. Lori made friends easily wherever she went and that was due to her genuine kind and caring nature. Many of her friends and work colleagues would attest that she brought joy and happiness to every moment of every day. She had a big heart and after meeting her just once or twice there was a very good chance you would have received some kind of gift or hallmark card. Lori lived her life to the fullest, staying up late and waking up early, she really loved mornings. She would always say “You can get so much done in the morning” which was drilled into her sons. She loved to travel whether it is for vacation or just for the experience. She enjoyed spending time with her friends but she really loved to be with her family. Whether having breakfast or shopping with her sister, spending quality time with her boys, she was always there for her family. It’s easy to be there for the good times but Lori could always be counted on during the tough times and that’s true character, that’s true love. For those that knew her, she was very courageous. The world has lost a star, brighter than the sun. Lori you were the rock of our family, the captain of our ship, you truly were our compass. May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
At the request of her family, funeral services and interment will be private.
