Linda C. Dupuis

Linda C. (Balls) Dupuis, age 75 of Taunton, passed away on June 18, 2026, at Life Care of Raynham. 

She was the beloved wife of Reginald "Reggie" Dupuis, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage.

Born in Woodditton, England, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Dorothy (Matthews) Balls.

Linda was the heart and rock of her family, serving as a voice of reason and the go-to person for everyone in her life. Her unwavering strength was matched only by the depth of her love for her family, whom she loved to the ends of the earth.

Known for her quick wit and honest nature, Linda always spoke her mind and brought joy to those around her. She had a passion for reading and cherished the simple pleasure of a good chat over a cup of tea.

Linda was vibrant and full of life, with a deep love for music, dancing, and singing. Whether she was enjoying her favorite sweets or out-socializing everyone at the table, her spirited personality left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Besides her loving husband Reggie, she is survived by her children: Sandra Dunning and her partner Brian, Kevin Dupuis, and Nicola DaVeiga and her husband Carlos. She was the proud grandmother of Austin Dunning, Kieran Dunning, Anthony DaVeiga, and Brianna DaVeiga. She also leaves behind her sisters, Norma Fitzgerald, Mary Greaves, and Patricia Claydon, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on SUNDAY, JUNE 28, 2026 from 1 to 4pm with a service to begin at 4pm in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary's Square) Taunton.

Additional parking with handicap access is located at the North side of the building.
