TAUNTON - Liznay (Rodriguez DeJesus) Ramos, wife of Norberto Ramos, died at her Taunton home on July 12, 2012, following a long illness.
She was 31 years old.
Born and educated in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Jose Humbert and Carmen (De Jesus) Rodriguez of Puerto Rico.
Liznay was educated in Puerto Rico where she received an associate's degree from the Banka Institute in Ponce.
She later worked as a chef and general manager in Ponce area restaurants.
Residing in Taunton since October of 2011, Liznay enjoyed music, singing and cooking.
In addition to her husband and parents, she leaves a son, Dylan S. Ramos of Taunton; a brother, David Rodriguez of Southbridge, MA; two nieces; and several aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church on Saturday, Aug. 4th at 6 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
