Manuel P. Feliciano, age 87 of Taunton, passed away on June 26, 2018 at his residence with his loving family by his side.
He was the beloved husband of Niveria (Pacheco) Feliciano.
Manuel was born in Terceira, Azores, a son of the late Manuel and Maria Carmen (Pereira) Feliciano.
Mr. Feliciano came to the US in 1969 arriving in CA and in 1976 moved to Taunton. Before retiring in 1992, Manuel had worked as a custodian at Texas Instruments. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and cherished time spent with his family.
Besides his beloved wife Niveria , he is survived by his children, Roger M. Feliciano and Dina F. Rocha both of Taunton. He was the grandfather of Sonia Resendes, Veronica Feliciano, great-grandfather of Logan Resendes and the brother of Francisco Machado of Canada and Elisa Soares both of Taunton. He was also the brother of the late Antonio Feliciano.
Manuel’s funeral with visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 8:30 am from the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Saint Anthony Church School St, Taunton. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery..
