Maria Conceição Andrade

Maria Conceição Andrade (Cabral) 99, of Taunton, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Morton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joao Andrade.

Born in Santa Maria, Azores, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Bernardina (Monteiro) Cabral.

She enjoyed making bread, cooking, making wine with her husband, and fishing with her son. Maria also loved animals.

Maria leaves her son Jose M. Andrade, and his fiancé, Maria Carvalho, of Taunton; three grandchildren, Amanda Andrade, Haley Andrade, and Nicholas Andrade, and his wife, Britney Charette; and two great grandchildren, Rhiley and Avery. She was the sister of the late Rosa, Georgina, Maria, Angelina, and Emilia.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 10:00 am, in Saint Anthony Church, School Street, Taunton. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Taunton. Visiting hours have been respectfully omitted.
