Maria Lucia Villela Almeida, age 83 of Taunton and Brazil, passed away on July 18, 2025 at Morton Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was the beloved wife of Newton Silveira Almeida.
Born in Piratininga, Brazil, she was the daughter of the late Irineu and Leyde (Egas) Villela.
Before retiring, Maria was employed as a teacher.
Besides her beloved husband Newton, Maria is survived by three loving children, Ricardo Villela S Almeida, Fernanda Faria and Carolina Villela-Ferreira.
All funeral services will be held in Brazil.
