Mary Abreau, age 103 of Taunton, the former part owner of Abreau Oil Service her family business, passed away on December 16, 2022 at her residence with her loved ones by her side.
Mary was born in Taunton, the beloved daughter of the late George and Candida (Mendes) Abreau, Sr.
Mary was a 1937 graduate of Taunton High.
She enjoyed knitting, attending mass, cherished time spent with her family, and watching her families oil company continue to provide the same caring service as they have since 1928.
She is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews , great-great nieces and nephews as well as many friends that she thought of as family.
Mary was the sister of the late Joseph Abreau, Georgina Abreau, John Abreau, George Abreau, Jr., Antone Abreau, Edward and Mary Abreau.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10am in Saint Anthony Church 126 School Street, Taunton.
Relatives and friends may meet directly at church at 9:45am.
Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
