Maureen (George) Lemieux, age 74 of Taunton, passed away on September 14, 2019 at Beth Israel Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Maureen was the loving partner of Cindy Star.
Maureen was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Paul and Eileen (Gavin) George.
Maureen was employed with Walmart as a shipping and receiving clerk.
She enjoyed going to Foxwoods Casino and playing cards.
Besides her beloved partner Cindy, Maureen is survived by her children; Joseph Lemieux and Robin Manning, she was also the grandmother of Siobhan, Ashley , Melissa, Liam and Mackenzie, great-grandmother of Anthony, Alyssa and Danika. Maureen was also the sister of the late Paul George and the late Ruth Blanchette.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 beginning at 5pm in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, a funeral service will be held at 7pm.
(Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the Funeral Home.)
Burial will be privately held.
