Nancy Ann (Rezendes) Alifonso, age 55 of Taunton, passed away on February 3, 2018 at Morton Hospital, with her loving family by her side.
She was the beloved wife of Clifford Washington.
Nancy was born in Fall River, MA a daughter of Angel and Arlene L. (Doherty) Rodriguez.
She worked for many years as a scale operator for a meat packaging company. Nancy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed collecting anything that had to do with Betty Boop.
Besides her husband Clifford, she is survived by her sons; William P. Alifonso, Jr. and Michael A. Alifonso, four grandchildren; DeAndre Alifonso, Ari Malave, Dante Alifonso and Zachary Fournier. She also leaves her siblings; Robert T. Rezendes Jr., Brian P. Rezendes, Luis A. Rodriguez, Jose A. Rodriguez and Heidi M. (Rodriguez) DaSilva, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 beginning at 5 pm with a funeral service at 8 pm in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) in Taunton. ( parking with full handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home).
Burial will be held privately.
