TAUNTON - Michael B. Normandin, husband of Marisa L. (Tucan) Normandin of Taunton, died at Morton Hospital on Sept. 10, 2014.
He was 59.
Born in Waterbury, CT, he was the son of the late Marcel and Marceline (O'Brien) Normandin.
Raised and educated in CT, Michael later served in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army Reserves.
He was employed as a machinist by the Automatic Machine Products Company of Taunton for fifteen years.
In addition to his wife, he leaves a stepson, Stephen H. LaPlante of Attleboro; two stepdaughters, Sarah M. LaPlante of Taunton and Anne C. Murphy of North Attleboro; a brother, Robert Normandin of Prospect, CT; and a sister, Patricia Davino of Prospect, CT. Michael was also the brother of the late James Normandin.
Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Wednesday, Sept. 17th at 10 a.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National VA Cemetery in Bourne.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Sept. 16th from 4 to 6 p.m.
