Orminda (Valcorba) Santos, age 83 of Taunton, passed away on April 15, 2020 at Morton Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of the late Deodato Santos who passed away in 1979.
Orminda was born in Sao Miguel, the daughter of the late Jose and Mariana (Dos Reis) Valcorba.
She was a loving and caring person who was devoted to her family and had a great love for her precious grandchildren. Her happiest times in life were spending time with her grandsons.
Orminda is survived by her loving daughter, Fatima Santos of Plymouth, her grandchildren Gino and Nikko Montanari. She was the sister of Jose and Fernando Valcorba and Ernestina Resendes all of Taunton. She was also the mother of the late Floriano Santos, grandmother of the late Adam Santos and sister of the late Laura Oliveira and the late Manuel Araujo.
A memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
