Renee (Perry) Lewis, age 75 of East Providence, passed away on March 3, 2018 at Eastgate Nursing and Recovery.
She was the wife of the late Thomas Lewis.
Born in Tewksbury, MA she was a daughter of the late William and Evelyn ( DaSilva) Perry.
Before retirement, Mrs. Lewis was employed at Wedgemere Nursing Home as a certified nursing assistant. She loved the outdoors, especially gardening.
Renee is survived by her children; Laura (McCann) Crafford and husband Scott of Seekonk, Vance Shurtleff of Wareham, and her ten grandchildren. She was the eldest of ten children.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday March 10, 2018 from 9 to 11 am with a funeral service at 11 am in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway ( at Saint Mary’s Square) in Taunton. ( parking with handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home)
Burial will be held privately.
