Robert A. Johnson age 78 of Taunton, passed away on February 25, 2017 at his home with his family by his side.
Robert was born in Weymouth, MA on April 19, 1938 the son of the late Harvey and Frances (Niles) Johnson.
Mr. Johnson served his country with the USMC during Korea, he was awarded with the Good Conduct Medal. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren..
He was the father of Robert Johnson, II of Taunton and David Johnson of Canton, MA, he was also the brother of Diane DeCosta and brother of the late Richard Johnson.
A private graveside service with full military honors was held in Vernon Street Cemetery in Bridgewater, MA.
