Ronald Perry, 65, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020, at Morton Hospital.
He was the loving longtime companion of Janet Perry.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late John Perry, Jr. and Caroline (Dias) Perry.
Ronald loved being with his family, especially his 4 grandchildren that he loved to spoil. He was a huge sports fan especially watching the Patriots and Red Sox games. He loved watching his old western shows on TV as well. He also loved to dine out at restaurants. His meal of choice was a meatball sub with his favorite cup of tea. Ronald was loved by everyone he met, especially his huge family.
Besides Janet he leaves his son Deron Perry and wife Erica, brothers; John Perry, III, Roy Perry, Donald Perry, Roger Perry, Lawrence Perry, Alfred Perry, Albert Monteiro, and Manual Lopes, sisters; Loretta Perry, Yvonne Lopes, Martha Perry, and Lena Perry, grandchildren; Nathan, Ariana, Jayden, and Janessa. He leaves many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ronald was the brother of the late Arthur, Robert, Troy, Joseph, Carl, Caroline Perry, and Joanne Tillman.
Ronald’s’ visitation will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am with a service beginning at 10:30 am in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton (at Saint Mary’s Square).
Additional parking with handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home.
Social distancing will be observed, please wear a mask when entering funeral home.
Interment will follow in Cedar Knoll Cemetery, East Taunton.
